What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be actively involved in various facets of facilities management, including:
* Interfacing with internal & external clients
* Managing assets
* Ensuring compliance with health safety, building, and nuclear regulations
* Strategic property asset management
* Service delivery and leading facility management systems
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive training, learning about operational and technical leadership in FM, procurement, contract management, and the principles of effective property management. You will develop skills that enable you to drive innovation, enhance workplace productivity, and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Qualification Requirements
5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at grade A*-C/4-9 (or equivalent)
A minimum of 96 UCAS Tariff points (240 points old system) through achievement of 3 A-levels at grade C or above including Maths, Science or a technical subject, or equivalent (excluding UCAS points gained at AS level)
