We're looking for a Performance & Improvement Manager to join our Transportation Team based in Birmingham. Location: Birmingham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As Performance & Improvement Manager, you'll be working within the Performance team, managing the performance reporting and analysis under Birmingham City Council's contract framework, identifying areas of concern and supporting operational teams in delivering improvements. You will aid in process and lean improvement projects, as well as enhance collaborative business relationships through the wider Kier Transportation community.
Your day to day will include:
* Contract management, including identification of performance KPIs, conducting quality audits of ongoing and completed works across the contract
* Identifying local data owners for general performance data and KPIs, ensuring the timely submission of complete and accurate performance reports, contributing to the development of a Power BI reporting suite
* Process mapping and identifying business improvement opportunities, producing business analysis supporting business improvement ideas, helping with ad hoc requests for local performance data
* Monitoring and investigating performance issues from the WMS system, developing client relationships and stakeholder management
* Working closely with the operational teams in implementing process improvements
