As an Office Administrator at Pennine Electrical Solutions Limited, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative and clerical tasks, including compliance checks of install photos, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. You will also support various departments with administrative support and ensure smooth operations of the office.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Office Compliance Administrator or in a similar administrative role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* High level of professionalism and integrity
