We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced 1:1 Tutor to join our team and help students achieve their academic goals. Whether working with primary school pupils or high school students, our goal is to create a supportive, tailored learning environment where every student can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering 1:1 tuition sessions in person
* Tailoring lessons to meet individual student needs and learning styles
* Providing guidance and support to help students improve their academic performance
* Monitoring progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
* Offering exam preparation and study skills support
* Encouraging student confidence and fostering a love for learning
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous tutoring or teaching experience
* Strong understanding of subjects you are applying to tutor
* Passionate about helping students achieve their full potential
* Patient, empathetic, and able to build a strong rapport with students
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Flexible and adaptable to the needs of each individual student
* Relevant education or subject specific qualification
