Requirements
We are looking for a Hardware development engineer with DO-254 expertise to join our team and work on the design, installation, protection, inspection, and maintenance of electronic hardware development.
Working with voltage ranges from 28V up to 1500V
As an expert of DO-254, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability and maintenance in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
The role:
· Take product requirements and break them into hardware-level requirements
· Develop hardware in accordance with DO-254
· Prepare DO-254 documentation and undergo various system assessments (Safety, etc)
· Schematic Capture
· Analog Circuit Design
· PCB Layout
· Prototyping, debugging, and testing electronic hardware systems
Technical Skills:
· Proficient in Altium Designer
· Strong Skills in PCB Layout
· Strong understanding of Electrical safety (Creepage and clearance, insulation requirements, etc)
· Strong understanding of Low-Level Analogue circuit design and signal processing
· Strong skills in designing and implementing data acquisition systems
· Proven experience working with microcontrollers and digital signal processing
· Strong understanding designing hardware qualification and requirements (EMC testing, etc)
· Knowledge of DO-254, DO-178C, and DO-160.
Required:
· Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or greater
· 5+ Years Hardware development Experience
· Experience in Aerospace Hardware Development
Desired:
· Experience in Embedded software development, such as C
· Experienced in LTSpice
