This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced Corporate Partner and a supportive national team on a diverse range of high-quality corporate transactions.The role offers involvement in a wide variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions (both buy and sell-side), capital markets, cross-border deals, private equity, corporate structuring, and investment acquisitions.
