Our client based in London is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team for 12-months.
* 3 days per week in Lime Street offices
* ASAP start.
They are ideally looking for someone who has worked in the financial services, insurance or broking industries but this is not essential.
Overview of the Role:
You will work closely with the Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team and senior marketing management (Marketing Campaign Manager and Marketing Director), to coordinate and deliver global B2B marketing activity, ensuring the seamless execution of high-profile campaigns and projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and collaborate with global and regional marketing teams, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns across different geographies and business lines.
* Provide support and advice to stakeholders during project execution, ensuring high-quality results that meet deadlines.
* Build strong relationships with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales growth targets and CRM systems.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the insurance market and the company's products, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all marketing activities across global and UK markets.
* Support the Marketing Campaign Manager/Director with the delivery of digital and in-person client events.
Required Experience:
* Relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally within insurance broking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
* Proven track record in delivering digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels.
* Experience using marketing tools, including email marketing systems and CRM platforms, to deliver and analyse campaigns.
* Strong understanding of SEO principles and the use of digital analytics to optimise marketing performance.
* Ability to plan and execute campaigns aligned with business objectives in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Familiarity with marketing in a regulated environment, such as FCA compliance.
