ideally be skilled in the following
* Soffits and Facias
* Ceiling and floor joists
* Doors, skirting and hand rails
* Timber fences
* Patch Plastering and Tiling
* some basic Plumbing
Ideally qualified in Joiner or Plumbing
this is a permanent role with a company van and fuel card
