Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic Merchandising Admin Assistant with a keen eye for detail to join our team. If you believe you would thrive in this role and would like to work in an industry-leading team, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with both our UK and overseas clients and sales teams.
2. Overseeing orders from concept to manufacturing.
3. Handling product approvals.
4. Updating customers on the progress of their orders along the critical path.
Skills and Experience:
1. Experience with CRM Sales opportunity management is preferable but not essential.
2. Full training will be provided.
3. Must be confident in working both independently and as part of a team.
4. Organized and methodical working practices.
5. Competence in using computers, including Outlook and Microsoft Office programs.
6. Full training on our internal systems will be provided.
Working Hours:
1. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
2. 8:30 am - 5 pm (Mon-Thurs), 8 am - 4 pm (Friday).
Location:
Based in Portishead.
