Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional management services to our residents living in Over 55's Housing schemes.
This role involves managing access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors, ensuring a smooth and secure environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering high-quality resident services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage access to buildings for residents, contractors, and visitors.
* Provide exceptional customer care and support to residents.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
