Rooted in the North, our support hub at Quorum Business Park in Newcastle serves as a central space where all our departments come together to collaborate and innovate. Located in a thriving business community, it reflects our strong connection to the region while providing a modern, dynamic environment to drive our collective success.
As a rapidly growing business with ambitions and plans for further expansion, we are early in our digital and data journey; however, we understand the criticality of it both now and in the future. As such, we are investing to build a team, culture, and solution landscape to leverage the systems we have further, ensure the infrastructure we have is fit for today and tomorrow, drive information security by design into both process and technology, and ensure the daily IT operations and support for our business is scalable, responsive, and effective.
You'll Fit Right Inn
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Infrastructure and Information Security Manager to join us. The role will be instrumental to the design, build, and delivery of our infrastructure and information security strategy, alongside the oversight of our IT support function via 3rd party partners. With detailed technical knowledge of infrastructure and cyber security threats, this role will ensure that the security posture of the organisation is aligned to the business strategy and risk tolerance.
Candidates should have exceptional technical depth, skill, and expertise, be comfortable building, configuring, and assembling solutions hands-on, lead product selection processes and recommendations to the business, then implement directly and/or direct 3rd parties to deliver the solution designed. Candidates will be required to be hands-on, able to navigate the detail of all aspects of infrastructure, networks, and cyber security, leading with depth of expertise and knowledge as domain experts, not relying on 3rd parties for solutions, design, or build. We’re seeking intelligent, diligent, and driven managers or senior engineers to fill this crucial role, reporting into the Enterprise Architect.
