Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing their schedules, booking appointments, and handling correspondence.
* Efficiently manage complex calendars, ensuring all meetings and events are scheduled and coordinated seamlessly.
* Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring all details are meticulously organised.
* Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail.
* Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.
* Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
* Support office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional demeanour.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and work independently.
* Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
