As an Accounts Assistant, you'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business. Whether you're processing payments, managing payroll, or handling credit control, your work will make a solid impact every day!
Duties of Accounts Assistant:
* Maintain the purchase ledger and oversee payment runs.
* Manage the sales ledger across multiple limited companies.
* Post month-end journal entries with precision.
* Produce and maintain KPI reports that drive business success.
* Handle BACS payments and ensure accurate reconciliation.
* Manage the payroll process for 300+ employees
* Tackle cash allocations, bank reconciliations, and resolve invoice/purchase order queries.
* Provide essential support with daily and weekly debt reports for the Financial Director.
What We're Looking For:
* You're proficient with Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics & SAGE.
* Your attention to detail is second to none-nothing gets past you!
* You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages.
