As a Revenue Protection Officer, You Will:
* Be a Hero of Safety and Professionalism: Ensure our customers enjoy a secure and professional travel experience.
* Team Up for a Smooth Journey: Work alongside On-Board and Station teams to provide a safe, relaxing journey for all.
* Boost Our Success: Protect our revenue and help increase our market share with your outstanding customer service skills.
* Lead with Excellence: Follow guidance from the Head of Security & Revenue Protection, ensuring clear communication and top-notch safety.
* Be the Go-To Support: Assist customers during their travels, especially during disruptions and emergencies, offering accurate information and unwavering support.

Training will be provided.
If successful with your application you will be placed in a Talent Bank, and offered a role as and when they arise.
