The Role
You will provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service. You will also provide patients and other service users with information and assistance as appropriate.
Post holder will be expected to work across 4 Health Centres within East Kilbride Locality. Car driver is essential.

* Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
* Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good organisational and planning skills.
* Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
* Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
* Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
* Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience of reception role/customer care
* Experience dealing with members of the public
* Ability to work in a busy office environment

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Administration within East Kilbride Locality.
The working pattern for this role will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
