Supporting and assisting Clinicians in a variety of Surgical Clinics, over two areas within the hospital. This will involve different surgical specialties, and Oncology Clinics.
Main duties of the job
The main role of the post is to prepare and oversee clinics, ensuring they run efficiently, using the available resources, supporting clinicians, and anticipating their requirements.
Responsible for Healthcare Assistants (HCA's) in the clinical areas and supporting them whilst on duty.
Ensuring patients are cared for to the highest standards, underpinned by the Trust's Values and Behaviors.

Education and qualifications
* Registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Experience and knowledge
* Relevant experience of looking after patients in a healthcare environment
* Previous NHS experience within the last 12 months
* Previous experience within an Acute setting
* Broad clinical knowledge base
