Senior HR Business Partner
Fife based (mainly on-site)
12-month fixed term contract
Salary: £50,000 + benefits
We're working exclusively with a growing UK-based organisation to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. With multiple sites and unionised operations across the UK, this role offers the opportunity to play a lead role in HR strategy, workforce transformation, and supporting major contract mobilisations.
Join during an exciting period of growth to include recent acquisition activity and upcoming high-profile contract wins. This role will act as the HR lead on major projects such as:
* TUPE transfers and workforce onboarding
* Contract mobilisation for new operations launching in the autumn
* Supporting collective consultations and change programmes
* Leading on complex ER cases and union engagement
* You will lead a small team of HR professionals and provide hands-on guidance to operational stakeholders across the business.
* Working closely with senior management, you’ll help deliver a people strategy that supports the successful integration and development of employees in both traditional and remote operational settings.
