About the role
Vision for Education are recruiting for an upper KS1/lower KS2 Teacher (YR2/3 Teacher) to join a small primary school just outside Louth from September 2024, on a full-time basis. This is a full planning role with the possibility to become permanent for the right Teacher.
You will be an excellent teacher ensuring high standards of learning for all children. You will be creative, empathetic to the needs of individual children, resilient, adaptable and a team player. It is essential as part of a small school you will have flexibility and willingness to contribute. This teaching role would suit anyone in the early stages of their career. If you have the ability to lead one or more subjects, this would be desirable. In return the school can offer a supportive team, excellent CPD and children who are willing to learn.

The desired Year 2/3 Teacher (YR2/3) will have;
1. Experience teaching at least Year 2 or Year 3
2. Have experience or be comfortable teaching mixed year groups
3. Be comfortable and confident teaching from across KS1 and KS2
4. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
5. Have strong behaviour management strategies
6. The ability to work effectively as part of a small team
