The Opportunity
This role reports to the UK Head of Sales and Growth, with a strong matrix line into the Regional Managing Director. The purpose is to drive organic growth within the region, supporting business development activities of Partners, Directors, and staff, as well as undertaking personal business development.
* Own the regional growth target and enable business development activities to achieve it.
* Lead sales planning with RMDs, RMPs, and local Partners to ensure robust activity for cross-sales and new client acquisition.
* Develop regional sales strategies and plans to meet revenue targets.
* Provide analysis and reporting on sales performance, utilizing sales tools and systems.
* Champion the use of LeadsGo and Salesforce, ensuring high-quality data and pipeline management.
* Organize and facilitate regular growth meetings across the region.
* Collaborate with marketing on regional growth initiatives and campaigns.
* Implement key account management programs, identify cross-selling opportunities, and manage client sales processes.
* Research and develop new client prospects, creating contact plans and supporting training.
* Generate new client inquiries through networking, introducers, and direct contact programs.
* Provide sales support and coaching to regional staff.
