Main duties of the job include: Providing effective, comprehensive, confidential, administrative and/or project business-level support on a day-to-day basis. Being aware of work priorities and need to ensure all required deadlines are met. Supporting teams with business requests including project-based work, collating reports and or data, supporting with meetings and events, arranging dates and venues, collating agenda items and supporting documents and papers, producing minutes and progress action logs relevant to this.
