About the Role We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and proactive PR & Content Manager to join our growing marketing team and play a pivotal role in building our brand presence and reputation across global markets. This role is critical to positioning our company, technology, and leadership team at the forefront of our industry. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of our media relations and external thought leadership strategy, ensuring we’re consistently telling compelling stories that resonate with our audiences. From managing PR agencies across different regions to identifying opportunities for executive profiling, this role is essential to amplifying our voice and driving industry impact. This will involve a minimum of being in the office once a fortnight (more if events/required). Key responsibilities Public relations & media engagement Support the day-to-day running of the press office, responding to regular incoming queries, any via the agency and other media outlets. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, industry publications, and influencers. Lead the coordination and execution of media outreach and PR campaigns in collaboration with regional PR agencies. Monitor media coverage and provide regular reporting on brand sentiment and reach. Thought leadership & content strategy Own the external thought leadership strategy – from ideation to creation – across key industry themes and narratives. Work with subject matter experts and executives to develop compelling content, including op-eds, articles, blogs, whitepapers, and media commentaries. Identify and manage speaking opportunities, panel invitations, and podcast features for company founders and key spokespeople. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with wider marketing campaigns and company objectives. Agency & stakeholder management Oversee and manage external PR agencies across multiple international markets, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic priorities. Set clear goals, deliverables, and KPIs for agencies and evaluate performance regularly. Coordinate cross-functional input and approvals for PR and content initiatives. Experience & skills required Proven experience (5 years) in PR, communications, or content strategy, ideally within a high-growth tech, B2B, or innovation-led environment. Exceptional writing and editorial skills with the ability to tailor content for different formats and audiences. Demonstrated experience in building and executing thought leadership strategies. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple markets and stakeholders. Experience managing external PR agencies and driving results through partnerships. Strong project management and organisational skills with an eye for detail. Confident communicator, both internally and externally, with the ability to influence at all levels.
