Our client is a global leader in IT services, consulting, and digital transformation is looking to hire a Delivery Manager to be accountable for the performance of the team. This is offered initially for 6 months however this may be extended although this is not guaranteed. SC CLEARANCE IS A MUST Key Responsibilities Team Development: Build and maintain motivated teams that collaborate effectively, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Obstacle Management: Identify challenges and support the team in overcoming them to maintain project momentum. Focus on Delivery : Prioritize tasks and guide the team on what is most important for the successful delivery of products and services. Continuous Improvement: Encourage and facilitate ongoing improvement within the delivery team, adopting best practices and agile methodologies. Coaching and Mentoring : Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in the application of agile and lean tools and techniques. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project progress, risks, and achievements Requirements Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, preferably in the public sector. SC Clearance is essential; candidates must hold valid clearance. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and lean practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Experience in managing complex projects with varying scopes and team dynamics. This is initially a 6-month contract with the possibility of being extended although this is not guaranteed. This is a hybrid role working out of their London office 2-3 days a week.
