Product Manager Flexible PIB Group Full time Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has come about for a Product Manager. Flexible on location but with an expectation to travel as required.
Responsibilities
1. Managing an existing portfolio of propositions ensuring that they remain market leading.
2. Managing insurer partners to ensure that they are fulfilling their obligations and performing as required.
3. Creating new products and improving existing products following the product development framework.
4. Keeping up with market developments to ensure that products remain fit for purpose.
5. Using Insight to drive new ideas/innovative solutions.
6. Working with marketing to develop collateral and use of multiple media solutions.
7. Understanding how to articulate the value PIB products deliver to clients.
8. Understanding the sales process in the Divisions and ensuring collateral supports the sales messages.
9. Developing close relationships with the technical team and subject matter experts across the business.
10. Developing and managing insurer relationships for the benefit of PIB and our clients.
11. Project managing a new product development initiative and product renewals.
12. Owning the revenue uplifts that are derived from PIB products.
13. Driving product penetration and pipelining opportunities, understanding and reporting on product performance.
*Propositions/products - Panels, DAs/Binders and any other non-open market portfolio placement.

1. Experience of Broking, Insurer management and deal making.

3. Sector experience eg Personal Lines, SME, Mid-Market.
