This is a full time, office based position offering a salary of £26,000 to £28,000. Ideally candidates will have experience in a Sales Admin role within a technical environment. Responsibilities: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with client enquiries. Respond to customer questions via e-mail and telephone. Understand the Company’s product range and services in order to deal with clients enquiries Prepare quotations and send to customers Follow up quotations Log and update all project information onto the Company CRM system. Prepare project files Follow project through to handover for dispatch of materials, liaising with customers as required. Attend trade shows as required Required Skills, Experience & attributes: Proficient in Word, Excel and CRM systems Proven customer service skills, dealing with clients in a friendly and professional manner Some understanding of residential buildings preferred, although training will be provided.
