Compensation
* $55-65k depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Import and manage labor data, including rates, labor moves, and registers
* Record and reconcile Workers’ Compensation costs and warranty escrow
* Oversee insurance, IT costs, and small tools expenses
* Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with annual audits
* Manage Sage Security setup and assist with job setup coordination
* Disburse Textura payments to subcontractors
* Provide backup for check printing, cash management, and accounts receivable functions
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Associate’s degree with accounting experience, Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred
* Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting or finance experience (construction industry preferred)
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI preferred
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
