We are recruiting for a number of different teaching assistant roles in and around Weston Super Mare. The job is full time, with the working hours 8:30am - 3:30pm. This is a fantastic opportunity if you have experience working with children and some experience working in a secondary school. We offer a competitive rate of £90-£100 per day depending on experience.

As a teaching assistant, you need to be adaptable, personable, and have a hands-on approach. You need to demonstrate that you have a caring and empathetic nature. We are not just looking for someone who has experience, but someone who has a genuine passion for working with children and isn’t afraid to get stuck in!
Within the role you will
* Make sure all resources the children may need are available.
* Support learning in the classroom, 1:1, and small groups.
* Ensure the students uphold the school behaviour policies and values.
* Aid the children with pastoral care.
