As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to employees and line managers, ensuring compliance with HR policies and UK employment law and pension legislation. Your duties and responsibilities will be Advise line managers and employees on a range of HR policies and employment regulations. Manage and co-ordinate recruitment events to ensure the most suitable candidate is recruited for each vacancy. Continually monitor and improve key HR processes such as recruitment, match and assign, sickness absence control, and HR induction. Provide support and advice to line management to minimise employee absence and ensure absent employees return to work in a controlled manner. Provide a full range of HR support to all HRMs across all business entities within the North West Operations.You will have the following qualifications & experience CIPD Human Resources Practice Certificate Level 3 or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in an HR function. Knowledge of HR policies and terms & conditions. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence all levels of employees.It's great if you also have the following Experience in managing HR processes in a manufacturing environment. Experience in managing employee relations issues.
