We're looking for an Occupational Health Technician to join our team at KP Snacks. As our EHW Technician, you’ll be central to delivering our health and wellbeing agenda, providing health surveillance, wellness programs, and support for occupational health needs across multiple KP Snacks locations.

Conduct essential health assessments such as audiometry, spirometry, and vision screening, ensuring employee health risks are monitored and managed.
Undertake pre-placement health assessments, document outcomes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Data Management & Reporting : Record health surveillance data with precision, providing insights that support trend analysis and proactive risk management.
Employee Support & Engagement: Support employees by providing information on health resources, mental health support, and wellness initiatives.
Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with KP’s EHW policies and practices, working closely with HR and health and safety teams to uphold a consistent approach.
Partner with EHW Advisors, site HR, and health and safety professionals, contributing to KP’s culture of wellbeing and continuous improvement.

Experience in health surveillance or occupational health, ideally in manufacturing
Data management proficiency with attention to accuracy and compliance
