We seek to appoint an innovative Catering Services Manager to lead a busy kitchen in preparing and providing healthy, nutritious and appetizing food for our staff and students whilst maintaining health and safety standards at all times.
The right candidate will have the skills to lead staff in a busy kitchen environment, ensuring that the canteen is a busy, happy and productive place to work in.
The main qualities required to succeed in the role are:
1. Ability to plan strategically to deliver an efficient catering service within the available finances.
2. Effective leadership and management of staff.
3. Ability to relate well to students.
4. Commitment to positive healthy outcomes for young people, in line with Welsh Government policies and the new school curriculum for Wales.
5. Enthusiasm and determination to provide quality provision in the canteen.
6. Excellent attendance and punctuality.
