The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust, we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues, and of course patients and service users when working in our healthcare settings.

In addition, the ability to work in partnership with parents and multi-disciplinary agencies to provide skilled care to children and young people within the community to support safe discharge and hospital admission avoidance is essential.
You will be highly organized and have a flexible approach to work, able to deal with difficult situations autonomously with demonstrable, excellent communication skills.
