Responsibilities
:
1. Act as Point of Contact for ICM business on Data Privacy and Cross Border Data Access. Build knowledge awareness for Business partners on privacy policies, procedures process and controls.
2. Support and implement ICM's Data Privacyernance structure in alignment with Chief Privacy Office requirements. Ensure privacy-related matters are reviewed and discussed on a regular basis, alongside defined escalation routes to the relevant Data Council.
3. Perform data privacy PII (personable identifiable information) reconciliations and data analysis across ICM using Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM), Cross Border Data Clearance (CBDC) and records of processing activity (ROPA).
4. Develops procedural implementation and change management process with ICM Risk Management and CAO team to ensure proper dataernance and controls exist.
5. Supportpletion of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA, DPIA) for new CBAT initiatives, and follow-up with initiative owners to ensurepletion of identified actions.
6. Provide guidance (identify themes) on data privacy metrics, and act as a subject matter expert to ICM initiative owners and business units on Data Privacy and Cross Border Data Clearance (CBDC) process.
7. Manage Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) Controls, open audit or self-identified issues and regulatory/internal audit requests.
8. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by drivingpliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
9. Build executive decks, metrics to support root cause analysis of data.
Qualifications andpetencies:
10. Experience in data management and mapping, data analysis and dashboards.
11. Strong Microsoft Suite skills (, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word,) SQL is desirable
12. Experience in financial services; experience in transformation / change management roles is highly desirable.
13. Excellent problem solving skills; ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details
14. Ability to identify and managepeting or changing priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations
15. Has the ability to operate independently with a limited level of direct supervision.
16. Excellent written and verbalmunication
17. Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization and across different geographic locations
18. A proactive and "no surprises" approach inmunicating issues
19. Range of experience demonstrating flexibility in skillset and approach
20. Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
21. Master's degree preferred
