Company Overview: We are partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturing company, recognized globally for its stability and growth. With seven UK sites and a group-wide turnover of £2.5 billion, this company supplies major UK retailers and produces well-known products. The Ashby-De-La-Zouch site features a wide range of machinery, including conveyor systems, fryers, weighing machines, bagging machines, case packers, and ovens. We are looking for a maintenance team leader to lead their talented team.
The Role: As a maintenance team leader, your role will include:
1. Manage 3 shift maintenance engineers, with responsibility for the lines 24/7.
2. Completing PPM’s and attending breakdowns.
3. Coaching and developing maintenance engineers and technical operators.
4. KPI’s are machine downtime and efficiencies, reporting to the EM.
You: To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Experience working in a manufacturing, food, or FMCG environment.
* A Level 3 NVQ or apprenticeship in electrical engineering.
* Experience in a leadership position.
