Are you an enthusiastic and ambitious Radiographer looking for an opportunity to develop your skills? If so, we welcome your application to become part of the team at Dorset County Hospital.
We have vacancies for Band 5 Radiographers, whether you are seeking your first job or looking for the next step in your career. The department has a development pathway for progression from Band 5 to Band 6.
We actively encourage all our Radiographers to further develop their skills and offer numerous opportunities to train in specialist modalities. We pride ourselves on a supportive environment for all Diagnostic Imaging staff, with in-house education and training provisions, including CPD evenings and post-graduate training opportunities. Radiographers will participate in the provision of a 24/7 imaging service.
The Diagnostic Imaging Department is a cohesive, friendly, and forward-looking team, constantly striving to improve the service offered to patients. We are proud to have been awarded QSI accreditation.
At Dorset County Hospital, we welcome Radiographers into a friendly, supportive environment. New graduates are enrolled in the Trust's preceptorship programme and allocated a mentor to guide them.
