Care Assistant - Bank hours

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our residents and their families, becoming an integral part of their lives.
What We Expect from Our Care Assistants:
1. Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and general hygiene.
2. Work with a diverse group of residents, including those with Alzheimer's, dementia, epilepsy, and sensory impairments, providing personalized care and support.
3. Help residents with physical disabilities use aids and equipment as needed, ensuring their safety.
4. Maintain confidential and accurate records in care plans.
5. Engage residents in activities like reading, writing, hobbies, and friendly conversations to promote mental and physical well-being.
6. Foster good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and visitors, creating a supportive environment for everyone.
