Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, creative, and client focussed Relief Support Worker with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly team in Taunton. This role is a relief role where the hours will be as and when required, including both days or nights, on a 0-hour contract. The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of £12.65 per hour (£13.90 nights) inclusive of a location premium, as well as other great BENEFITS :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key work and support clients generally within the service,
Perform individual personal care tasks, including washing, showering and toileting, medication administration and promoting independence.
Write care plans and ensure these are followed and handed over to all staff, take an active part in hand over and report any concerns to the Management Team.
De-escalate and manage stressful situations in a calm manner.
Regularly fully utilise the Trust Client File with designated clients to ensure that they are supported and empowered to achieve appropriate outcomes.
To ensure that any medication within the Service is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures.
Provide support and guidance to other Support Workers to assist them in the safe delivery of the service and to support client engagement.
