Overview:
Ardeta Search is looking for a National Business Development Manager to join a leading provider of industrial engineering solutions with their HQ in the Sheffield region. This is an exciting newly created opportunity for a motivated and proactive sales professional to shape the future of a nationally recognised business with an excellent reputation for service delivery.
Our client works with a portfolio of blue-chip, SMEs and mid corporate clients and is eager to build on this success by expanding into new markets. The role requires a dynamic go-getter, unafraid to open doors, forge new relationships, and showcase how the business can serve diverse sectors with exceptional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive national business growth by identifying and securing new clients.
* Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s reach and market share.
* Build lasting relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
* Proactively approach potential clients to present tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to new and existing clients.
* Prepare high-quality proposals, contracts, and presentations.
* Analyse market trends and opportunities to keep the company ahead of competitors.
* Accurately record and maintain sales activities in CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking someone with:
* A proven track record in driving business growth in B2B sales, preferably within engineering, industrial, or facilities management sectors.
* Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing high-value deals & engineering service contracts.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
* The ability to work independently and take ownership of new business development initiatives.
* A confident and energetic personality, driven by achieving results.

Salary Guide: £45,000 - £65,000 basic (dependent on experience) + Bonus/OTE
