Location: West Midlands - (2/3 days in office)

Package: £80,000 - £90,000, Car allowance, LTIP plus other benefits

We are looking for a visionary Group HR Director with a strong background in technology and private equity to lead the HR strategy during this pivotal phase of growth.
Role Overview: As the Group HR Director, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing a forward-thinking HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will play a critical role in scaling the organisation, fostering a high-performance culture, and managing the complexities of a fast-growing technology company in a PE-backed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic HR Leadership: Design and implement HR strategies that support the company's rapid growth and technological innovation, while aligning with their private equity goals.
* Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier tech talent, ensuring we build a world-class team to drive the business forward.
* Organisational Development: Develop scalable organisational structures and processes that enhance efficiency, innovation, and adaptability across the company.
* Cultural Stewardship: Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and agile workplace culture that reflects our values and fosters employee engagement and collaboration.
* Performance Management: Establish robust performance management systems that drive accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement at all levels.
* Compensation & Benefits: Design and oversee competitive compensation, equity, and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support their talent strategy.
* Change Management: Lead change management initiatives that support business transformation, including mergers, acquisitions, and integrations within a private equity context.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with global HR policies, regulations, and best practices, mitigating risk while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
* Executive Partnership: Collaborate closely with the executive team and private equity partners to provide HR insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business success.
Qualifications:
* Education: CIPD Level 7 qualification
* Experience: Significant experience in a progressive HR leadership experience, with significant experience in the technology sector and within a private equity-backed environment.
* Skills: Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders.
* Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and the unique challenges of scaling technology companies. Experience with organisational development, talent management, and change management in a high-growth setting.
