Job summary We're looking for someone to assist in managing our Long Eaton shop, working closely with the Shop Manager and stepping in when needed to meet income and profit goals. You'll play a key role in managing staff, volunteers, stock, and the shop environment to ensure efficient operations. Main duties of the job In this role, you'll support the Shop Manager in providing a high-quality retail experience, striving to meet performance targets, deliver exceptional customer care, and maintain an inviting shop layout. You'll help drive customer loyalty and uphold the Rainbows Hospices professional presence on the high street. Hours of Work: 15 hours per week, scheduled as part of a 10-day rota, including weekend shifts.
