for an experienced Client Partner, who has a proven track record of managing multiple accounts across both established and new clients and is passionate about working in Retail Media with the UKs largest retailer.
Tesco Media and Insights platforms’ Client Partner has accountability for a portfolio of key FMCG &/ or non-endemic brands, taking a consultative approach to providing Retail Media solutions to drive both performance and brand solutions for advertisers. You will be responsible for meeting & exceeding commercials targets, ensuring client retention by providing solutions across desktop, mobile, programmatic, CRM and in-store channels increasing revenue to further accelerate the growth of Retail Media budgets in the UK, driving long-term sustainable commercial growth for Tesco Media & Insights platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ownership (along with snr client partner) of monthly, quarterly + yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and financial rigour of your client accounts
2. Growth strategy for your client area across both new business & retention
3. Own coverage, reporting and key relationship management for clients including brand and agency contacts.
4. Efficient and effective management of your clients balancing both short-and-long term goals.
5. Passionately advocate and model the delivery of first-class customer service to your client base, holding yourself to the highest standards.
6. Be confident in offering short term opportunities as well as building strategic growth plans.
7. Using strategic insights, identifying opportunities for growth for your clients
8. Drive new opportunities through scaled coverage across key stakeholders (Shopper, Brand, Digital, Media, Commerce & Loyalty teams).
9. Maintain a deep understanding and expertise of Tesco Media & Insights platform products and roadmap.
10. Be confident challenging client strategy to maximise the role Tesco Media and Insights platform plays in delivering meaningful business outcomes.
11. Be a key evangelist of Retail Media thought leadership across your client portfolio and industry events.

15. Proven track record developing a strong sales pipeline, forecast accurately and exceeding commercial targets within a rapidly growing business.
16. Results-driven, self-motivated and highly goal-oriented in order exceed targets.
17. Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
18. Good knowledge of brand & performance marketing.
19. The ability to understand clients’ business needs and position solutions in a timely and personalised way.
20. Good track record successful internal and external relationship management.
21. Ability to work in a fast-moving company and be adaptable to change.
22. A team player with the ability to collaborate with internal departments and teams.
Minimum qualifications
23. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject
24. Fluent English
25. 2 years + media sales either within retail media, agency, CPG and/or online advertising experience.
26. Digital experience is advantageous.
