Description Birmingham City University is seeking to appoint an Associate Professor in Engineering Management to support teaching and research across programmes. The post sits within the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment, and further information about the vacancy can be found below. The candidate must have a strong academic background. Applicants for the position must have a Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering, industrial management, operations management, operations research, supply chain management, project management or a closely related field and have at least three years of experience in teaching, research and service. Experience in curriculum design with project-based learning is desirable as we redesign our curriculum with our ambitious innovative reimagining engineering project. Candidates should be eligible for Principal or Senior Fellow status under the Higher Education Academy’s Professional Standards Framework (PFHEA/SFHEA).
