About Our Client
My client is a leading FMCG business who supplies food products to all major supermarkets across the UK. They are searching for a Change Lead as they enter an exciting period of transformation.
They are currently rolling out a large-scale programme of work that will transform how they operate as a business, standardising and streamlining processes and investing in technology to support this.
This role is permanent and the successful candidate can be based mainly remote with some travel to sites across the UK.
Job Description
1. Set up and manage a clear process for delivering changes across the organization, focusing on important projects.
2. Enhance the organization's ability to manage change by developing a skilled team across various departments.
3. Help leadership decide which projects to prioritize and when, ensuring changes are implemented successfully.
4. Develop a strategy that aligns project goals with overall objectives for effective change.
5. Ensure the right resources are in place for training, communication, and support during the change process.
6. Keep leaders informed about how changes are affecting the business and regularly review progress.
The Successful Applicant
1. Successfully managed large-scale change for various customers.
2. Experienced and knowledgeable in change management processes and methods.
3. Strong understanding of how people experience and adapt to change.
4. Skilled in project management.
5. Proactive, organized, and flexible, with a strong drive to meet deadlines and achieve results.
6. Experienced in managing stakeholders at all levels.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
8. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
9. Full driver's licence.
