The Chief Operating Officer plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of our Strategic Plan and realising its vision for the future.
Key Responsibilities
* We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to assume overall responsibility for the leadership of all non-educational functions within the School, including finance, estates and facilities, people services, IT and commercial enterprise activities.
* Drive a culture of professionalism during a transformative period for the independent schools sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide commercial strategy, identify growth opportunities and continue to drive a culture of professionalism.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Estates or Project Management is required. Professional qualification in one of these areas is also preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership position is essential.
