Internal Sales Executive – Contract Sales Location: Bristol Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Pension Hours: Full-time, 9am - 5pm Are you an experienced Telesales Executive or Customer Service Administrator looking for your next challenge? The Role: As an Internal Sales Executive – Contract Sales, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. Your responsibilities will include: Selling waste collection services over the phone Managing the CRM system, handling incoming calls and emails Assisting the sales team with quotations, purchase orders, and invoice checks Setting up new clients on the customer portal and resolving inquiries What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or Administration Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail IT proficiency, including experience using CRM systems Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Ideal Background: We welcome candidates from a range of industries, provided you have relevant customer service and administrative experience.
