Yourstaff Solutions are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 store delivery drivers for our client based in Bedford, for full-time ongoing work 5 / 6 days a week, Thursday to Monday/Tuesday.
The Work includes
* Pre-journey vehicle checks.
* Complete vehicle check sheets, reporting all damage or defects prior to leaving the site.
* 2-4 store deliveries per day with the use of a pump truck.
* Uplift and return cages and pallets from the previous delivery.
* Complete all paperwork/delivery notes and return to the transport admin clerk.
Requirements
* You must have a minimum of 6 months C1 driving experience.
* No more than 9 penalty points; IN, DD, DR, TT codes are not accepted due to insurance clauses.
* UK Driving licence, UK Driver qualification card, and valid UK CPC card.
* A good understanding of driver rules, regulations, and WTD.
* Be physically fit and able to pull pallets and cages from the vehicle to the dock/floor.
* You must be professional, courteous, reliable, and punctual.
* Have your own PPE.

Thursday to Monday/Tuesday
* 0800 - 1100 & 1200 - 1500 Start times

£22.25 Saturday & Sunday
