Senior Credit Control - Birmingham city Centre
Exciting opportunity for experienced Credit Controller for a successful business based in Birmingham City Centre. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic candidate who can take ownership of the Ledger and improve/increase collections.
You will have full responsibility for the credit function including:
Manage and take ownership of a complex ledger.
Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and post.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within CRM systems.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Meet overdue recovery targets using a structured and methodical approach.
Identify and resolve barriers to payment effectively.
Proactively manage customer accounts to minimise outstanding balances.
Collaborate with stakeholders other internal departments Person/Experience Required:
2-5 years of experience in credit control.
Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.Please apply if you have the relevant experience.
