We are currently on the lookout for skilled individuals to join our growing team Nationwide. North West Locations: Liverpool, North Merseyside, South Merseyside, Flintshire/ Conway, St Helen’s/ Warrington, East Manchester, Stockport/ Cheadle, Chester/ North Cheshire The Role: As a Service and Breakdown Gas Engineer, you’ll be responsible for a range of essential tasks carrying out heating maintenance work in domestic properties, including annual service inspections. A good knowledge of a range of gas appliances including boilers and fires and the ability to achieve a high first-time fix rate is also required. Ideal candidates will have experience of boiler breakdowns, fault finding and repair. Servicing domestic gas appliances within domestic properties. 5 days a week Monday to Friday (including 1 weekend a month) Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 Years Proven experience in gas servicing, breakdown repairs. Gas ACS Qualifications: Essential qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 Customer Service Skills: Ability to deliver exceptional customer care and service. Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of various gas appliances, especially boilers and fires, with a focus on achieving a high first-time fix rate. Driving License: A full clean driving license with no more than 6 points Right to work in the UK Ideal Candidate Profile: Demonstrated track record of achieving high first-time resolution rates. Experience in working within the homes of elderly or vulnerable customers.
