Your Role:
* Prospect new business via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
* Lead Generation: Use tools to pull potential client lists, build sales cadences, and engage with prospects.
* Manage Relationships: Provide multiple touchpoints to nurture leads and schedule meetings with the Sales Director.
* Learn & Grow: Participate in video calls, understand the sales process, and develop into a key player in the sales cycle.
As you grow:
* Help with purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and deal closures.
* Assist the sales team with official quotes, maintenance contracts, and renewals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Continuously improve processes to enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 1 year of lead generation/business development experience (industry knowledge is a plus but not required; we’ll train you!).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
* Positive, motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to commute to Bracknell or be willing to relocate.
