Job Description
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Collections department.
* Implement strategies to increase the efficiency of debt collection activities.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
* Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
* Coordinate and supervise the team to enhance performance and professional development.
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with other departments and stakeholders.
* Identify and implement opportunities for process and operational improvements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Collections Manager should have:.
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry.
* Strong knowledge of collections regulations and procedures.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.
