Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our supported living service, which provides high-quality, person-centred care for 14 tenants with sensory, learning, and mental health needs.
You will:
1. Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations, local authority requirements, and best practices.
2. Lead, manage, and develop a team of Support Workers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
3. Promote person-centred care, ensuring tenant's needs, preferences and aspirations are met.
4. Oversee service budgets.
5. Implement and monitor care plans.
As the successful applicant you will have:
1. Experience managing supported living or care services.
2. Been registered with CQC or willingness to become registered.
3. NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it.
4. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
