Construction Manager – High-End Hotel Installation & Refurbishment Project Location: Oxfordshire Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Full-time, Contract Salary: £300 - £350 per day (Dependent on Experience) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a large installation and refurbishment project for a prestigious high-end hotel in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to lead a complex project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Director to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage the on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and project timelines. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and quality execution. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing any issues proactively. Liaise with the client, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure high-end finishes and quality standards are met in line with the hotel's luxury specifications. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and enforce compliance with industry regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Manager on high-value refurbishment or installation projects. Strong background in luxury hospitality, commercial, or high-end residential projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
